Tourists can still visit The Little Mermaid in Copenhagen

Although 'The Little Mermaid' will travel from Denmark in April in order to participate in the world exhibition Expo 2010 in Shanghai in China, tourists will still be able to see the world famous sculpture in Copenhagen. Descendants of the artist, who sculpted The Little Mermaid, have generously lent the family's private copy of the mermaid to the amusement park the Tivoli Gardens. The mermaid will be revealed when Tivoli opens for its season no. 168 on 15 April 2010.

Petzi moves into Tivoli Gardens

Petzi and his friends Pelle, Pingo, Old Salt and the ship Mary are moving into Tivoli Gardens. This is planned for the 2010 summer season, which is when the world-renowned Danish cartoon character gets its very own universe: Petzi’s World. Here children of all ages can enjoy more than 40 different activities, giant cartoon decorations and sensory experiences based on the Petzi stories. And entry is free for visitors to Tivoli.

New managing director in BonBon-Land

Thomas Jellum 40 years, joins as managing director of BonBon-Land from next 1.1.09. He replaces Torben Digemose who left few days ago to seek new challenges. Thomas Jellum is former managing director in Biva and country director in Netto in Denmark, Poland, England and Sweden respectively.
